Resolve a ChatGPT problem

Before you start
  • A PimpMyRust account and ChatGPT access that allows adding a custom MCP server under your workspace rules.
  • For server actions, a server connected in PimpMyRust and the corresponding permissions granted to the connection. Preparing files or windows does not require a connected Rust server.

Follow the steps

  1. If MCP setup is missing, check the official instructions linked from the overview guide and your ChatGPT workspace rules with its administrator.
  2. If a target is missing, check granted permissions and servers, server connectivity and the plugin version.
  3. If an approval card fails to load or an outcome is uncertain, inspect the operation on PimpMyRust. For a CUI image, distinguish the generated image from the displayed card: a display delay does not justify repeating the edit.
