Kit data is not configuration
Kit definitions and their inventories are not in Kits.json. The plugin reads them from oxide/data/Kits/kits_data.json; per-player uses and cooldowns are stored in oxide/data/Kits/player_data.json. The configurator edits only global settings, not kit contents or player data.
