HumanNPC · Kits

A character, its equipment and its interaction

Prepare an NPC without writing its files by hand. Plugins keep their own formats and rules; the project gathers the required documents.

Create an NPC →

1. Define the character

Open NPC builder in the hub, then create a character. Enter its name: you can prepare the outfit and save the project before choosing X, Y, Z coordinates observed on your server. The tool does not choose an arbitrary position. In Position, adjust its facing and optionally require an interaction permission.

Each character receives an exact HumanNPC ID and a stable interaction identifier. Applying it on another server may require a different ID if one already exists; the result shows that change.

2. Add clothing and weapons

Equipment uses the Kits inventory: clothing, belt and backpack. Add an item with item search, then adjust its quantity, skin, condition and contents. Compatible weapons expose their attachments and ammunition.

Clothes are worn in Outfit, weapons are equipped in Belt and Bag items remain stored. The generated kit is hidden and restricted to administrators. It is not a player-redeemable pack. The 3D preview uses lightweight models; an item without a model or a skin without a texture stays in the files, with a clear preview notice.

3. Choose an interaction

In Interaction, choose no action, a public message, an existing dialogue or a PimpMyCUI page. Choose a resource from the current project, a PMR file or your saved projects. You can also create a new CUI window directly in this picker. Cancel keeps the previous interaction.

Choose an unbound page for this interaction. Rewards and Translation pages already linked to their plugin are not offered here. The tool uses only supported actions and does not execute freely entered hook names.

Give a kit uses the GiveKit API. It bypasses the price, cooldown and usage limit of a normal claim: use it only for an intentional gift. NpcOverlay can add text above the character, with separate French and English texts.

4. Save and install

Save
Keeps the project in your account. This does not change any server.
Download the PMR project
Keeps an editable copy of documents and interfaces that can be reused on another server.
Download ZIP files
Prepares plugin files, compiled interfaces and merge instructions. The editable project remains included. Never replace an existing catalogue or CUI registry without retaining its other entries.
Send to a server
Checks existing files, prepares backups and reconciles IDs before installation. The destination and steps are shown before confirmation.

HumanNPC keeps its data in memory. It must stop before those files are changed, temporarily interrupting all NPCs. Results distinguish copied files, loaded plugins and character presence. A successful copy alone does not prove a character appeared in game.

Install HumanNPC and Kits separately. A CUI interface requires PimpMyCUI and the PimpMyRust companion; a public message or gift also uses the companion. The companion is not needed for an NPC with no action or a dialogue handled directly by Dialogs. The latter requires Dialogs and PlayerEventStates; text above an NPC requires NpcOverlay. The Installation tab lists the plugins required by your project.
