PIMPMYCUI EDITOR
Create, test, and export a CUI
The free editor needs no account to create and test interfaces in the browser.
The PimpMyCUI server plugin is coming soon. You can create and export a project now, but installing and testing it in game requires that plugin. Plugin availability →
1. Start or resume
Choose a template and create your project. To resume, import a previously exported project JSON file. If this browser has a draft, resume it from the editor’s welcome screen.
The draft belongs to this browser. It does not follow your account and may disappear if you clear browser data. Export a project to keep a copy.
2. Compose the interface
An interface contains screens. Each screen contains elements: panels, text, images, buttons, or inputs.
- Use Add to insert elements, then select them on the canvas or in the Elements list.
- Edit their position and appearance in the selection’s properties.
- Add a screen when a button should open another page of your interface.
On mobile, switch between Canvas, Interface, and Properties.
3. Test interactions
Select a button and set its interaction: change screens, close the interface, or display a message. Open preview to try controls and check the result, then return to editing.
Validation reports document issues. Preview tests the interface in the browser; plugin commands and business actions must also be checked on the server.
4. Choose the right file
- Editable project
- Keep this JSON to resume editing in this browser or on another device.
- PimpMyCUI package
- File for the PimpMyCUI server plugin, once installed. It does not replace your editable project.
To edit a plugin’s interface, open the editor from its configurator. Apply the interface back to the configurator, then download the complete configuration. Preserve existing elements’ identifiers and business interactions.
Files stay on your device. The site does not save projects or install anything automatically on your server.
